Heart saver is a training program from the American Heart Association (AHA) that teaches individuals with little or no medical training how to provide first aid, perform CPR, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). It is designed for anyone who needs to be prepared for an emergency, whether for job requirements like those from OSHA or personal preparedness. Successful completion of the course results in an AHA Course Completion Card valid for two years.

This Course is approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing. The 32-hour Medication Management Training Program will prepare qualified employees to assist with self-administration of medications with Programs offered by: Department of Social Services, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services, Mental Health, Mental Retardation, Substance Abuse Services, and the Department of Juvenile Justice such as in group homes for adults/youth/teens, and adult homes/day centers (ADCC) licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
